Content creators and streamers on BlueTubeTV must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Provide valid identification for verification • Agree to platform content guidelines • Maintain streaming equipment meeting minimum requirements Creators may stream live content from venues, events, and locations within our coverage area.

Creators must adhere to the following content standards: ALLOWED: ✓ Live entertainment and performances ✓ Sports and fitness content ✓ Food and dining experiences ✓ Local events and festivals ✓ Music performances (with rights) ✓ Educational content PROHIBITED: ✗ Nudity or sexual content ✗ Violence or dangerous activities ✗ Hate speech or harassment ✗ Illegal activities ✗ Copyright infringement ✗ Minors without guardian consent ✗ Private property without permission

Minimum streaming requirements: Video: • 720p minimum resolution (1080p recommended) • 30fps minimum (60fps for sports/action) • Stable encoding bitrate Audio: • Clear audio capture • Noise reduction when possible • Music licensing compliance Internet: • 10 Mbps upload minimum • Stable connection required • Mobile data backup recommended BlueTubeTV may provide equipment loans to qualifying creators.

When streaming from partner venues: • Obtain venue approval before streaming • Follow venue-specific guidelines • Display required sponsor overlays • Respect patron privacy • Coordinate with venue staff Creators who damage venue relationships may face platform restrictions.
