Who we are

BlueTubeTV is a live streaming and local commerce platform operated by BluRing Holdings LLC in Wilmington, North Carolina. This policy covers the information we collect on live.bluetubetv.live and livewilmingtonmap.com, including loyalty punch cards, raffles, and merchant deal alerts.

What we collect

When you join a merchant loyalty card we collect your phone number (your card identity), an optional name, and your visit history at that merchant. When you enter a raffle we collect the contact details on the entry form. We do not collect payment card numbers; payments are processed by Stripe.

Approximate location is used at punch time only to confirm you are at the merchant. It is not tracked continuously.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS box on a loyalty card, BlueTubeTV sends you text messages on behalf of that merchant, from a BlueTubeTV number. Each message names the merchant and contains their deals, specials, or serving updates.

Expect about 2–4 messages a month per merchant you opt into. Message and data rates may apply — your carrier’s standard rates are between you and your carrier.

Reply STOP at any time to cancel all messages to your number. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your punch card — your visits and rewards keep working.

Your phone number is never sold, and never shared with third parties for their own marketing. The merchant you opted into can see that you are on their list; they do not get a feed of your other activity on the platform.

Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything or of using the punch card.

How long we keep it

Loyalty and raffle records are kept while the program they belong to is active, and as required for legal and accounting purposes afterward. If you want your number removed entirely, email us and we will delete your customer record.
